The Denver opportunity

The Front Range is a purchase-heavy, relocation-fueled market — Denver, Boulder, and the northern suburbs keep drawing in-migration and new households. Producers here need a lender with speed, product depth, and a recognizable brand to win agent and builder relationships. As Business Development Manager you’ll build the referral networks and recruit the producing talent that expand PRMI’s share across metro Denver.

What we’re looking for

  • Business development, sales leadership, or recruiting experience in mortgage or financial services
  • An established local network and market knowledge
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and closing skills
  • Understanding of mortgage origination and a producer’s economics
  • Applicable licensing eligibility where required
