Mortgage Branch Manager — Louisville, Kentucky

Run your own P&L with a national lender’s platform, products, and support behind you.

Lead and grow a PRMI retail branch in the Louisville metro — recruiting and coaching producers, managing a profitable P&L, and building the branch’s presence in the local market.

What you’ll own

• Recruit, retain, and coach a team of loan originators
• Own the branch P&L and hit production and profitability targets
• Build community, real estate, and builder referral relationships
• Ensure compliant, high-quality origination and operations
• Represent PRMI as the local face of the branch

What we’re looking for

• Branch, sales, or production management experience in mortgage lending
• P&L ownership or a clear path to it
• A track record recruiting and developing producers
• Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship skills
• Applicable NMLS and state licensing eligibility

Compensation: Base salary $60,000–$180,000/yr (good-faith range); additional commission, bonus, and/or incentives may apply per the approved compensation plan. Final structure discussed in interview.
